Facet scores you across 10 modules. Each module measures specific clinical parameters and returns a 0 to 10 score with the citation behind the threshold visible in the report. Browse each module to see what it measures, how scores are interpreted, and how to improve.
Skin
Facet's skin module measures homogeneity (Fink chromophore variance), melanin, erythema, and roughness. Get a 0 to 10 score with peer-reviewed citations and personalized recommendations.
Eyebrows
Facet measures pupil-to-brow distance, peak rise, apex angle, length, thickness, and symmetry in IPD-calibrated millimeters. Brow scoring against the Carruthers 2020 ideal.
Eyes
Facet's eyes module currently scores canthal tilt in degrees against Sadick gender-typical ranges. Additional parameters (PFL, PFH, MRD1, intercanthal, RICD) on V3 roadmap.
Nose
Facet's nose module scores frontal nasal width ratio (alar/face-width). Profile-only parameters (Goode index, nasofacial, nasolabial, nasofrontal, radix) are V3.
Lips
Facet's lip module scores vermilion border definition. Profile parameters (E-line, Burstone) and upper:lower vermilion ratio are deferred to V3.
Cheeks
Facet scores zygomatic prominence (cheekbone projection) from frontal photos. MCFAS clinician scale is deferred pending CV proxy implementation.
Jawline
Facet scores jawline definition using FWHR. Profile parameters (gonial angle, Merrifield Z, facial profile angle, cervicomental) are deferred to V3.
Hair
Facet's hair module uses Claude visual assessment. Computer vision pipeline for density per cm² (Sinclair, Savin, Norwood scales) is deferred to V3.
Beard
Facet's beard module (males) uses Claude visual assessment. CV pipeline for stubble length and coverage ratio is deferred to V3.
Overall harmony
Facet's overall harmony score is a weighted blend of all 10 module scores using a 'holistic-first-impression-v1' formula. No hard clamps; raw weighted averages.
