Do I need a minimum audience size?
No. The program is open. We expect most active affiliates will have between 1,000 and 100,000 followers, but micro-creators with 500 highly-engaged followers often outperform creators with 10x that number.
Is it exclusive? Can I be in other programs?
Non-exclusive. You can promote anything else you want.
How long is the attribution window?
30 days. If someone clicks your link, we credit you for their purchase up to 30 days later. First touch wins; if they click another affiliate's link in that window, you keep the credit.
Do I need to be a Facet customer myself?
No. You only need a free Facet account to access the affiliate dashboard. We strongly recommend running a scan yourself so you can speak credibly about the product, but it is not required.
How are payouts handled?
Monthly via PayPal once you reach a $50 minimum. Set your payout email in your dashboard. Payouts ship between the 1st and 5th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
What happens if I run ads with your brand name or trademarks?
That is the one thing that will get you removed from the program. Bidding on "Facet" or "thefacetapp" in paid search, running ads that look like official Facet ads, or impersonating the brand are all violations.
