Do you offer subscriptions?
No. Facet is a one-time purchase. Pay $39 once and the account is yours for life, with unlimited rescans included.
Can I request a refund?
Lifetime payments are generally non-refundable per our Terms of Service. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@thefacetapp.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
How do I delete my account and photos?
Go to your Dashboard and use the "Delete my account and all my data" link at the bottom, or email support@thefacetapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Either way, we permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Is my photo shared with anyone?
No. Your photo is stored privately and only processed by our AI pipeline to generate your analysis. It is never shared for advertising or with third parties beyond our listed sub-processors. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The analysis seems inaccurate, what can I do?
AI analysis depends heavily on photo quality, lighting, and angle. Try submitting a new photo under better lighting. For persistent issues, contact support@thefacetapp.com.
