Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I request a refund?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable per our Terms of Service. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@facet.ai within 30 days and we'll review your case.
How do I delete my account and photos?
Email privacy@facet.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Is my photo shared with anyone?
No. Your photo is stored privately and only processed by our AI pipeline to generate your analysis. It is never shared for advertising or with third parties beyond our listed sub-processors. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The analysis seems inaccurate — what can I do?
AI analysis is probabilistic and depends heavily on photo quality, lighting, and angle. Try submitting a new photo under better lighting conditions. For persistent issues, contact support@facet.ai.
